Position: Billing Supervisor

📍 Location: Bangalore
🌙 Shift: US Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) billing operations.
• Perform billing administration using SAP.
• Handle customer invoicing, reconciliation, unbilled analysis, dispute resolution, and write-offs.
• Manage billing across Fixed Price, Time & Material, Milestone, Ad-hoc, and Consumption-based projects.
• Lead a team of 6–10 members while ensuring SLA adherence and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with project managers and accounting teams to resolve complex billing issues.
• Generate reports, analyse billing performance, and drive process improvements.

We’re Looking For

✔ Experience in Order-to-Cash (Accounts Receivable – Billing)
✔ Hands-on experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred)
✔ Strong understanding of billing reconciliation, disputes, and customer invoicing
✔ Experience managing MNC clients and end-to-end billing processes
✔ Team handling experience (6–10 members)
✔ Strong communication skills with direct client interaction experience
✔ Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
✔ Experience working with US clients/US shifts
