Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Cab Facility: One-Way Cab Provided

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via Email and Chat.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and within defined timelines.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy while handling customer requests.
• Document customer interactions and update internal systems.
• Follow company processes and quality guidelines.
• Meet productivity and performance targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams whenever required.
