About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Travel Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day travel operations and ensure smooth execution of travel-related activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the travel business, strong operational knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day travel operations and service delivery.
• Coordinate travel bookings, itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and other travel arrangements.
• Handle coordination with airlines, hotels, travel partners, vendors, and other service providers.
• Ensure bookings and travel arrangements are accurate, timely, and cost-effective.
• Manage client requirements and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Monitor ongoing trips and ensure smooth execution from booking to completion.
• Maintain strong relationships with travel vendors and business partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Track operational performance, costs, and service quality.
• Handle escalations and provide quick solutions to travel-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and travel-industry standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in travel operations or the travel business.
• Strong knowledge of travel bookings, itineraries, hotels, transportation, and related services.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings, clients, and operational requirements simultaneously.
• Good vendor and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel-related systems/tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
